非小细胞肺癌患者血清中p53蛋白检测的临床意义
Clinical significance of measuring p53 protein in serum of patients with non-small cell lung cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of p53 protein in serum patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods Serum samples of NSCLC patients and the group of healthy people were collected as well. p53 protein was determined with non-equilibrium radioimmunoassay method. Results Protein p53 levels in serum of NSCLC group (pre-operation) were higher than NSCLC group (post-operation). Protein p53 levels in serum of valid of chems group were both lower than NSCLC group (pre-chems) and invalid of chems group. Conclusion Detection of p53 protein in serum has significant value in diagnosis, evaluation of curative effect and prognosis of NSCLC patients.关键词
