Efficacy analysis of Xingnaojing injection combined with levorotatory aspartic acid-ornithine on hepatocirrhosis complicated with hepaticencephalopathy

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of Xingnaojing injection combined with lev-orotatory aspartic acid-ornithine on hepatocirrhosis complicated with hepatic encephalopathy (HE). Methods Eighty-five patients of hepatocirrhosis complicated with I IE were divided into observation group ( n =43) and control group (n = 42) . Both groups received routine treatment and levorotato-ry aspartic acid-ornithinc, and the observation group received additional Xingnaojing injection. The levels of liver function, NH3, NCT, DS and overall response rate were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of TBiL, ALT, NH3, NCT, DS improved significantly, and the improvement in the observation group was larger than that in the control group. The overall response rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group. Conclusion Compared with monotherapy of levorotatory aspartic acid-ornithine, the combination with Xingnaojing injection on hepatocirrhosis complicated with HE can obviously improve liver function, NCT, DS, reduce the serum NH3, and raise the overall response rate. It's worthy of clinical application.关键词
