胰腺脂肪浸润与胰岛素抵抗关系的临床与CT分析
Relationship between insulin resistance and fatty pancreas: A clinical and CT analysis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between fatty pancreas and insulin resistance (IR). Methods Multi-level spiral CT (MSCT) was employed to scan the upper abdomens of all research participants and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Sixty patients with fatty pancreas were included in the study group, which was compared with the control group to observe the incidence of IR. Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of IR in the study group showed significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusion Patients with pancreatic fatty infiltration have obvious lipid metabolism disorders. The clinical manifestations of the fatty pancreas include pancreatic fatty infiltration, indicating the interactive relationship between the pancreatic fatty infiltration and IR.关键词
