额叶对冲性脑损伤20例临床分析

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and treatment methods for the frontal lobe hedge cerebral injury. Methods Twenty patients with frontal lobe hedge brain injury were included in the study, with 14 receiving surgical treatment. Among them 6 patients received coronary incision unilateral craniotomy, and the remaining 8 received coronal incision double measuring craniotomy. In the process of the operation, hematoma and laceration of brain lesions were completed removed with necessary adjuvant therapy of bone flap decompression. Six patients received conservative treatment, including the comprehensive treatment about, low temperature, dehydration drop cranial pressure, hormones and antibiotics and etc. Results Fifteen patients recovered well, 2 with moderate disability, 2 with severe disability, and 1 with death. Conclusion The frontal lobe hedge injury has relatively unique clinical characteristics, and its characteristic should be fully understood in order to take positive treatment, improve cure rate, reduce morbidity and mortality.
