摘要
Abstract
Objective To disscuss the curative effect of cases with intractable hiccup (IH) treated by oral Nikethamide Injection in advanced cancer patients. Methods To observe the efficacy of both therapies,advanced cancer patients with IH were divided into comparision group and treatment group (each group concluded 30 patients). Oral Nikethamide Injection therapy was used in treatment group and mcthylphenidate intramuscular injection therapy was adopted in comparision group. Results the curative effect of the treatment group was better than the comparision group (P < 0. 01). Conclusion oral Nikethamide injection therapy could obtain better effects in advanced cancer patients. This therapy is worthy of application widely in clinic.关键词
