摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the complications of deep venous indwelling catheter in maintenance hemodialysis patients with long - term use of dacron cuffs and the corresponding nursing countermeasures. Methods A total of 1296 times of hemodialysis in 9 patients with long - term deep venous indwelling catheter were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results With standard blood purification procedures and catheter maintenance processes,2 patients were mildly infected with timely control. No case of extubation was observed. Conclusion With effective prevention and nursing,we can significantly reduce the complications such as catheter thrombosis and catheter infection occurred in the long - term deep venous indwelling catheterization with dacron cuffs,prolong the catheterization duration,relieve the patients'suffering and reduce the treatment costs.关键词
