摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of intensive nursing on chronic renal failure patients with hyperphosphatemia. Methods Fourty chronic renal failure patients with hyperphosphatemia were randomly assigned into experimental group (n = 20) and control group (n =20). Patients in the experimental group received intensive nursing. While the patients in the control group received routine nursing. The effects were evaluated at the 3rd month after intervention. Results The level of serum phosphorus in the experimental group were significanhy lower than that in the control group(P<0. 01) after 3 month intervention. Conclusion The intensive nursing made a positive role in the disease control of chronic renal failure patients with hyperphosphatemia.关键词
