摘要
Abstract
Objective To improve the success rate of intravenous infusion for infants,reduce sufferings of infants,promote the infants'rehabilitations and improve the nurse- patient relationship. Methods A total of 8750 infants aged from 1 to 24 months were selected and administered intravenous infusion under careful observation. The results were analyzed and summarized rigorously. Results There was a correlated relationship between successful scalp vein puncture and choices of the vein,techniques and psychological qualities of nurses,the way of holding with needle and fixation after puncture. Conclusion With effective nursing countermeasures,the success rate of first scalp vein puncture for infants reaches 95 % at least,and the nurse - patient relationship is improved as well.关键词
