尿微量白蛋白与2型糖尿病患者伴下肢血管病变的相关性分析
Correlation analysis of urinary albumin and type 2 diabetic patients with lower extremity vascular disease

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between microalbuminuria(mAlb) levels and the likelihood of developing lower extremity vascular disease in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods From January to June 2012, 96 T2DM patients were selected from the Department of Endocrinology of our hospital. Color Doppler ultrasound was applied to detect patients bilateral femoral artery, popliteal artery, anterior tibial artery and posterior tibial artery status. Meanwhile, the mAlb, fasting blood glucose (FBG), glycated hemoglobin in Alc (HbAlc), total cholesterol(TC) , triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein(LDLC), high density lipoprotein (HDLC), and serum creatinine CSCr) were also measured. Results Using the Doppler ultrasound results, the patients were stratified into three groups, which included 30 patients in the normal group (lower extremity artery intima-media thickness < 1mm), 38 patients in the plaque formation group and 28 patients in the arterial stenosis/occlusion group. There were no significant differences based upon factors such as age, gender, body mass index, blood pressure, serum creatinine among the three groups. However, a statistically significant difference was demonstrated in the mAlb values among three groups, especially between the artery stenosis/occlusion group and the normal group. Also the differences of FBG, HbAlc, the TG, LDL-C, HDL-C values were statistically significant between the artery stenosis/occlusion group and the normal group. Conclusion The mAlb value is highly correlated with the severity of lower extremity vascular atherosclerosis in T2DM patients. The mAlb value can be used as a predictor for the risk of developing macrovascular complications in T2DM patients.关键词
