椎基底动脉供血不足患者数字减影血管造影的研究
Study of digital subtraction angiography in patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency

Abstract
Objective To analyze the vascular structures in patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency (VBI) by digital subtraction angiography (DSA) and provide guidance for clinical treatment. Methods The aortic arch and the whole brain of 72 patients with VBI were examined by DSA. The vessel condition and complications were comprehensive analyzed. Results Thirty-three patients showed abnormal vascular structures including procyclic lesion in 9 patients (12. 5%), postcyclic lesion in 17 patients (23. 6%), both procyclic and postcyclic lesion in 7 patients (9. 7%). Thirty-nine patients showed cerebrovascular structure without obvious abnormality (54. 2%). There were no severe complications such as cripple and death. Conclusion The main cause of VBI is postcyclic lesion, while the procyclic lesion also plays an important role.关键词
