腹腔镜胃癌根治术治疗早期胃癌的临床疗效观察
Therapeutic observation of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy on early gastric cancer

Abstract
Objective To discuss the curative effect of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy on early gastric cancer. Methods Fifty — eight patients with early gastric cancer were randomly divided into treatment group ( n — 29) and control group (n = 29). The treatment group received laparoscopic gastrectomy, while the control group received the conventional open gastrectomy. The clinical and surgical data of patients were compared in the two groups. Results Compared with control group, the indices of surgery time, blood loss, postoperative average length of stay, postoperative consumption of liquid time, postoperative intestinal function recovery time and postoperative complication rate were significantly lower, but the tumor resection margin and lymph node dissection number in both groups showed no significant differences. Conclusion Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in the treatment of gastric cancer has the advantages of less bleeding, faster recovery and minimally invasive. Therefore it's worthy of clinical application.关键词
