宫腔镜诊治子宫内膜息肉125例临床分析
Clinical analysis of hysteroscopy in the treatment of 125 patient with endometrial polyps

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of hysteroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of endometrial polyps (EMP), and explore the advantages of hysteroscopy by means of comparing the transvaginal ultrasound, hysteroscopy and pathology, diagnosis of endometrial polyps (EMP) compliance. Methods The clinical manifestations, hysteroscopic diagnosis and pathological diagnosis of 125 patients with EMP confirmed by ultrasound diagnosis were analyzed. Results All the 125 patients underwent hysteroscopy. Among them, 103 were confirmed with EMP via hysteroscopy and 96 were confirmed with EMP via pathology. The EMP compliance rate of transvaginal ultrasound and pathological diagnosis was 76. 8 % , and the EMP compliance rate of hysteroscopy and histologic diagnosis of EMP was of 93. 2% . Conclusion Hysteroscopy is a safe and effective method to confirm EMP. When it is combined with ultrasound and pathology, the diagnosis of EMP is more accurate.关键词
