泮托拉唑钠和奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡的对照研究

Abstract
Objective To study of pantoprazole sodium and omeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods A total of 162 patients were selected and randomly divided into groups A, B, C and D. The rapid urease test for helicobacter pylori of groups A and B was both negative. Group A received omeprazole and group B pantoprazole sodium. The rapid urease test for helicobacter pylori of groups C and D was both positive. On the basis of metronidazole 500 mg/d amoxicillin + 800 mg/d, group C and group D received omeprazole and pantoprazole sodium, respectively, two weeks as a cycle. Results After one cycle of treatment, the total effective rate of groups A, B, C and D showed no significant differences. Rapid urease test was reconducted. The results showed that helicobacter pylori clearance rate were 79. 63% and 94. 44% in group C and group D. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The clinical efficacies of pantoprazole sodium and omeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer show no differences, but pantoprazole sodium is significantly superior to omeprazole in helicobacter pylori clearance.
