Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of intraoperative nursing intervention on operating room nursing complications in patients with esophageal cancer radical operation. Methods Nursing complications such as hypothermia,fluid leakage of venous trocar,brachial plexus injury,pressure ulcer,electric burn and keratitis in 42 patients with esophageal cancer radical operation were analyzed retrospectively in order to find reasons and improve measures. Results After improvement of related nursing intervention measures,incidence of nursing complications such as hypothermia,fluid leakage of venous trocar,brachial plexus injury,pressure ulcer,electric burn and keratitis in patients with esophageal cancer radical operation reduced significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion Improved nursing intervention measures can reduce the operating room nursing complications in patients with esophageal cancer radical operation and improve nursing quality in operation room.关键词
