摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize the nursing experience of modified infusion method of enteral nutrition for patients with esophageal cancer surgery. Methods Self-made enteral nutrition liquid,contained in FD 600 feeding bucket,was intermittently infused for 200 patients underwent esophageal cancer surgery by jejunum tube feeding method. Results All the patients were satisfied with the effect of nursing and no patient had severe enteral nutrition complications. Postoperative hospitalization duration was 13 - 15 days,and all the patients healed and discharged. Conclusion Modified nasal infusion method can not only meet the patients'needs of nutritional and reduce the incidence of complications,but also simplify nasal feeding method and improve the nursing efficiency and quality.关键词
