Importance of nursing intervention in preventing constipation of patients with acute myocardial infarction
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the importance of nursing intervention in preventing constipation of patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods 48 cases of patients with AMI in our department from October 2010 to April 2012 were divided into two groups randomly,24 cases in each group. The patients in the two groups received routine nursing care,while the intervention group received targeted intervention measures. Results The ratio of 1 - 2 times/d defecating in intervention group (54.2%) was significantly higher than that in control group (16.7%),and the incidences of constipation (8.3%) and arrhythmia (0.0%) were significantly lower than that in control group (58.3%,37.5%),there was significant difference (P < 0.01). Conclusion Nursing intervention plays an important role in preventing constipation,releasing pain and avoiding the occurrence of complications in patients with AMI.关键词
