血凝酶治疗老年上消化道出血的观察和护理
Observation and nursing of hemocoagulase in upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage senile patients

Abstract
Objective To explore therapeutic effect and nursing meatures of hemocoagulase of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage senile patients. Methods 65 cases hemocoagulase in upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage senile patients were given hemocogulase on the base of treating primary diseases,appropriate psychological nursing,rigid control of diet,rigid observation on conditions and prescription nursing. Results Total effective proportion of patients under therapy is 90.8% . Conclusion Hemocoagulase have appropriate clinical effect in treating upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage senile patients. Scientifc nursing and condition observation were vital guarantee to achieve satisfied therapeutic effect.关键词
