摘要
Abstract
Objective To provide qualified nursing for patients with autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation in order to reduce adverse reactions in intraoperative and postopera-tive periods,and adequate quantity of stem cells were collected as well. Methods Before collection,the preoperative interview system was established in order to eliminate patients' anxiety,assess patients' vascular conditions,choose appropriate vascular access mode; during collection,a modified anticoagulation strategy was performed to prevent the occurrence of adverse reactions; after collection ,a return visit was important,nursing for vascular access and guidance for diet and living were necessary too. Results Total amount of collection of 4 patients was (125 ±29) mL,CD34+ was (2.5±1.3) × 106/kg,hematocrit(HCT) after collection fell 5.6%,blood platelet (PLT) fell 25. 5% ,and no patient had adverse reactions. Conclusion Qualified nursing can relieve patients' anxiety,ensure sufficient collection of stem cell and lay the foundation for successful transplantation of stem cell.关键词
