综合护理干预对降低呼吸机相关性肺炎的效果观察

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention to reduce ventilator associated pneumonia. Methods Critically ill patients who underwent MV from RICU,70 cases,divided into intervention group and control group,35 cases each. The control group was given routine intervention intervention group was given VAP cluster change nursing intervention. To compare mechanical ventilation time and live RICU time,VAP occurrence in the two groups. Results Mechanical ventilation time and live RICU time significantly shorter in the intervention group than control group,and VAP incidence was significantly lower in the intervention group than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Use cluster change nursing intervention can effectively shorten mechanical ventilation time and live RICU time,reduce the incidence in the patients with mechanical ventilation,which be helpful for standard nursing operation behavior.关键词
