摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention the prevention of severe craniocerebral injury patients combined with deep venous thrombosis (DVT). Methods 97 severe craniocerebral injury patients were treated with conventional nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention,which contained of whole process of health education,rehabilitation training,dietary and body position intervention,protection of veins in lower limbs and wear of elastic stockings,and all these measures were performed to prevent the formation of DVT in lower limbs. Results Among 97 patients with severe craniocerebral injury,no patient had DVT. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively prevent the occurrence of DVT after severe craniocerebral injury and promote the rehabilitation.关键词
