Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of raw malt combined with mirabilite for delactation in patients with midtrimester pregnancy odinopoeia. Methods 120 midtrimester pregnancy odinopoeia patients in need of delactation were randomly divided into three groups. The first group received decocted raw malt 60 g + 300 mL as tea drink in postpartum day,1 agent/day for 5 days,and then took mirabilite 250 g in the second day after parturition. Mirabilite was packaged into two gauze bags and evenly applied and bound on the two breasts. Replacing drugs when the two gauze bags became wet and hard,and this mirabilite treatment continued for 5 days. The second group received bromocriptine mesilate 2. 5 mg twice per day (in the morning and evening) for 5 days. The third group received oral estradiol valerate 5 mg 3 times per day for 3 days. After 5 days,delactation effect and safety among three groups were observed. Results Delactation effects of three groups were 90% (bromocriptine mesilate group),80% (estradiol valerate group) and 100% (raw malt combined with mirabilite group). There was statistical significance between raw malt combined with mirabilite group and the other two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Raw malt combined with mirabilite therapy is effective for delactation and its side effect is small as well.关键词
