摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the surgical method,clinical significance and nursing points of reconstruction of tension balance for secondary lower nasal deformity in patients with uni-lateral cleft lip. Methods 32 unilateral cleft lip patients in need of reconstruction of tension balance for secondary lower nasal deformity were conducted with preoperative mental nursing,postoperative nursing and health education. Results After use of self made rhiheurynter,all the patients'bilat-eral nostrils remodeled equally and symmetrically. Conclusion Qualified postoperative nursing and health education play an important role in maintaining of nasal form and preventing of rebound for the unilateral cleft lip patients with reconstruction of tension balance for secondary lower nasal deformity.关键词
