Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of risk management on the outpatient infusion children with superficial venous indwelling needle. Method According to risk management method,the frequent risk problems of nursing for outpatient children underwent indwelling needle were found out in order to formulate nursing countermeasures. Changes and conditions of frequent risk problems were compared before and after the implementation of countermeasures. Results After implementation of risk management,the incidence of conditions such as the emergence and obstruction of indwelling needle,phlebitis and nursing disputes were significantly lower than that before implementation of risk management,as a result,usage of indwelling needle and parents'satisfactions improved obviously. There were statistical differences before and after implementation of risk management (P<0.05). Conclusion Risk management can effectively guarantee the continuity and safety of nursing for outpatient children with indwelling needle infusion.关键词
