摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize the points of health education knowledge for,the permanent implanted cardiac pacemaker patients with need of returning to society. Method Through the questionnaire investigation on requirement of health knowledge based on 20 permanent implanted cardiac pacemaker patients,the points of health knowledge were summarized,and according to the master condition of the required knowledge before and after health education,the effect was assessed. Results In all the requirement of health knowledge,all the patients believed demands for security was the most important,and 90 % of the patients believed social adaptation ability was also important. After health education,master degree of knowledge for returning to society in patients with implanted cardiac pacemaker improved significantly(P<0.01). Conclusion Thought implementation of targeted health education for patients,their psychological burden relieve and they can perform self - nursing much better,and the life security and life quality improve as well.关键词
