铜(Ⅱ)配合物的合成、抑菌性能及循环伏安特性
Synthesis, Antimicrobial Activity and Cyclic Voltammogram of Cu (Ⅱ) Complex
摘要
Abstract
The Cu (L— ile)2 (H2O) was synthesized from L—Isoleucine and Cupric acetate and structurally characterized by means of single—crystal X—ray diffraction. X—ray data revealed that the titled complex crystallized in the orthorhombic system, space group P212121. The Ligand, Compound and Cu (Ac)2 · H2O showed a certain antibacteriostatic property to Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtili and Escherichia codi using an agar diffusion antimicrobial text. The electrochemical properties of the compound were investigated by the cyclic voltammogram. The CV of Cu (L— ile)2 (H2O) demonstrated that there were quasi—reversible cathode and anodic peaks.关键词
