Design and implementation of an organization and command training system for NBC medical rescue teams
摘要
Abstract
Objective To design and implement a computer information system which can fulfill the NBC medical rescue training mission under different background conditions. Methods The work flow and information flow for the NBC medical rescue team were analyzed and studied. Programming technologies such as Java and Delphi were applied to develop the system by combining B/S with C/S and using modern simulated and emulation technology, database technology and ge ographic information system( GIS ) technology. Then the system was tested and verified using scenarios of practical cases. Results A simulated training computer system for the NBC medical rescue organization and command process has been implemented. Conclusion Development of a simulated organization and commanding training system for NBC medical res cue teams can satisfy the actual need while enhancing the comprehensive organizational and command capacity of the team commander in macro-planning and emergency dealings.关键词
