Research progress in molecule CD147 and its relationship with tumor
摘要
Abstract
The invasion and transfer of tumor are a complicated process with multi-factors and multi-steps involving basement membrane degradation, matrix osmosis, tumor cells in and out of the vessel and the invasion to target tissues. Molecule CD147 has been proved to stimulate the fibroblast around the tumor cell,produce matrix metalloproteinases, and promote tumor infiltration and metastasis. It is of great clinical significance in the early diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of tumor. The relation between CD147 and tumor is the hotpot of current research. This paper summarizes the properties of molecule CD147 and its relationships with tumor.关键词
