摘要

Abstract

According to Maxwell's equations and heat-conduction differential equation, a mathematical modal was developed to describe the distribution of electromagnetic field and thermal field in the work pieces for induction heating. And based on the Finite Element Method ( FEM) analysis for electromagnetic and thermal fields, a FEM model was built. The simulation of induction heating process in large size semi-built-up crankshaft shrink fitting is carried out by using FEM software ANSYS with temperature distribution calculated, providing reference and evidence for the establishment of its heating process.
