摘要

Abstract

The real-time monitoring system for hydraulic press was designd in order to improve debugging work efficiency on field of hydraulic press. The real-time monitoring and visualization of main state variables of hydraulic press have realized based on TwinCAT software system that integrate control, programming and visualization, and using PC with network adapters with Ether-CAT bus interface function as system master station, bus I/O terminal modules as system slave station, and programming PLC program. Field application shows that the monitoring system has high real-time transmission rate and precision, and stable operation.
