Abstract

Abstract ;The large-scale hydraulic simulation software AMEsim10.0 and modeling software Matlab7. 1/Simulink were applied to establish model of a new unloading system of large metal extruder. Mathematical model of three-stage cartridge valve was established theoretically, and through co-simulation analysis, the unloading response of different system conditions and the unloading process parameters for the different components of unloading response were reached. The results show that: single-stage cartridge valve can achieve a smooth unloading in the case of medium and low pressure, but discharge-type three-stage cartridge valve block must be used to achieve smooth and fast unloading in the case of high pressure. Unloading speed is proportional to opening degree of throttle valve.
