摘要

Abstract

The extraction of phycocyanin from Spirulina platensis was studied through the freeze - thaw method using the extraction ratio as index. Finally, the molecular weight of phycocyanin was studied through sodium dodecyl sulfate - polyacrylamkie gel elee-trophoresis (SDS - PAGE) and column chromatographic method. The results showed that the optimal technologic condition was as follows: solid -liquid ratio was 1: 22 (m/V) , temperature was 35 ℃, extract time was 2. 5 hours, and the extraction ratio of CPC was 3.19%. Its molecular weight was 40000 and 43200 Da, respectively with two different molecular weight testing methods.
