摘要

Abstract

Based on the technology of piston ring vision inspection, a servo - control system for piston ring vision inspection has been proposed in this paper,this paper have introduced the structure of the piston ring vision inspection platform and the method of the set point and function implementation of servo motor,in the meantime,the soft and hardware of the servo - control system have also been designed. The system verified in a real piston ring manufacturer, and it shows that the system can finish location into,location and sorting of piston ring automatically, and have a better detection effect.it will provide the foundation for the automation and industrialization application of the technology of piston ring vision inspection.
