摘要

Abstract

This paper introduces the control system of the equal thickness machining equipment based on the motion controller and remodels the existing CNC equipment. The industrial computer and motion controller are used as the core of the control system to control real-time mechanical part through pulse signal produced by the motion controller 9030. Under the VC + + 6. 0 software programming environment a control interface is developed, the function of single-axis locomotion and linear and circular interpolation is realized, error analysis is done as well. It is proved its process trajectory and face are smooth and the error rate is low in the simulator. Meanwhile, the PC interface has excellent opening property and portability.
