摘要
Abstract
According to the gear of water gate's hoister in a hydropower station, the contact simulation analysis model of the gear is established by using ANSYS finite element analysis software in this paper. The surface to surface contact elements of ANSYS are used for simulating the different location defect of gear surface and calculating the tooth deformation and contact stress of the gear. And the difference between the perfect and defective gears is analyzed. The results show that the defect has effect on the heavy-load gear. Thus, it provides important basis for controlling the gear defect and improving its strength and reliability qreatly.关键词
