豫西低品位铅锌银多金属矿浮选试验研究
Experimental Research on Floatation Technology for a Low-grade Lead-zinc-silver Mineral Separation in Western Henan

Abstract
According to the properties of a low-grade lead-zinc-silver ore in western Henan, an experimental research on floatation technology was carried out. In view of characteristics of the ore galena, sphalerite grade lower and coarse dissemination size characteristics, a flotation flowsheet was adopted under the condition of the grinding fineness of-0.074mm40% . The separation of Pb-Zn and the silver recoverying were processing under the condition of pH as 12.5 with CaO as regulator, DDTC( diethyl dithiocarbamate,acronym for DDTC)as galena flotation collector and Z-200 as flotation collector of sphalerite and marmatite. Experimental results showed that applying selective flotation can efficiently separate the lead - zinc minerals and obtain lead concentrate of 60.35%Pb with a recovery of 85.28% ,and zinc concentrate of 50.16%Zn with a recovery of 70.86% ,silver was enriched in lead concentrate, the concentrate is 928g/t with a recovery of 78. 19% . The selective flotation can solve the problem of lead-zinc contained in each of a certain extent.关键词
