Abstract
Library alliance is an important organizational form for libraries to share resources with each other.In order to promote the development of library consortium in our country,the library alliance establishment and operation are discussed theoretically in this paper.The principles to be followed in establishing library alliances and the selection criteria of cooperative libraries are put forward.The operation mode and organizational structure of library alliance are discussed.The problems in establishing library alliance are analyzed.关键词
