Empirical Study of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Labor Relations of Ganzhou——Based on the Perspective of Employers
摘要
Abstract
Based on the expert interview and questionnaire,this paper uses the employers self-perception of labor relations from small and medium-sized enterprises in Ganzhou city as the research angle,and carries on the empirical analysis of present labor relations in small and medium-sized enterprises,thus to obtain the main factors that affecting the labor relations of small and medium-sized enterprises,which is expected to promote the harmonious coexistence of both sides of SME Labor in Ganzhou city and to provide reference for the development.关键词
