云南省妇科门诊女性HPV检测结果分析
Human Papillomavirus Infection in Women Attending Gynaecological Outpatient Clinics in Yunnan Province

Abstract
Objective To comprehend the status of infection as well as the type distribution and age distribution of Human papillomaviruses (HPV) in women attending Gynaecological outpatient clinics in yunnan and provide evidence for diagnosis and prevention. Methods 2221 samples were detected and genotyped with gene chips. The data were analyzed with the statistical software SPSS. Results 20.76% of those samples were detected positive for HPV infection and 21 HPV genotypes were detected successfully. Among them, 16.21% were infected by single HPV genotype, 3.61% were infected by two genotypes and 0.95% were infected by three or more genotypes. In the single infection of HPV, the five most prevalent of HPV genotypes were 52, 16, 58, CP8304 and 33, the infection rate were 4.73% , 4.05% , 2.10% , 2.39% and 1.53% respectively. There was no statistically significant difference in the positive rate between different age groups ( x2 =9.448, P= 0.092). Conclusions In Yunnan province, HPV infection rate is high and most are single infection. Among the high risk HPV infections, HPV52 prevalence is highest, and type CP8304 is the most prevalent among the low risk HPV infections. HPV infection seems to be severe in all ages of women.关键词
