Abstract
Obejective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of concentration of vancomycin in human plasma. Methods Norvancomycin was used as the internal standard. The chromatography was performed on a Hypersil BDS C8 (4.6 mm X 250 mm, 5(un) column with the mobile phase consisted of 20 mmol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate-acetonitrile, gradient elution was used, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, UV detection was set at 236 nm and column temperature was 40 t. RSSLlltS The calibration curve was linear within the range of 1.313 ~ 105 mg/L (r= 0.991). The intra- and inter-day precisions were less than 5.2%, the absolute extraction recoveries were more than 66%. Conclusion HPLC is a rapid, simple and accurate method for detecting the plasma concentration of vancomycin.关键词
