Abstract
Objective To explore the significance of platelet activation markers expression in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes. Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of CD62p and PAC-1 in patients at admission, 14 d after treatment or before discharge, and the changes of the expression levels were observed. Automatic biochemistry analyzer was used to test the levels of plasma glucose and lipids. Results The levels of fasting plasma glucose were gradually increased with the progression of disease. The levels of plasma glucose were positively correlated with the concentration of PAC-1 and CD62p. Conclusion The plasma levels of PAC? and CD62p are significantly higher in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes than patients without diabetes, and are positively correlated with the levels of plasma glucose.关键词
