Abstract
Objective To investigate the application and clinical value of Ultrasound examination in diagnosis of dysfunctional uterine bleeding, and to improve the clinical diagnosis levels of dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed in the clinical data of 48 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding, and the clinical manifestations and sonograms were summarized. Results There were 29 cases with endometrial thickening (within the thickness of greater than 1.2 cm) in 48 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding, 40 cases of uniformity hypertrophy of uterine, 21 cases with monolateral follicular cyst or corpus luteum cyst, 7 cases with bilateral follicular cyst or corpus luteum cyst, and 11 cases with monolateral or bilateral full or slightly larger of ovarian. Conclusion Ultrasound is the most convenient and effective diagnosis method of dysfunctional uterine bleeding, and has good credibility and clinical value.关键词
