口腔颌面外科临床实习中规范化使用牙挺的教学经验
Standardized Using of Elevator in Clinical Practice Teaching in Minor Oral Surgery
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the superiority of standardized using elevator in tooth extraction. Method: Residual crowns or roots were extracted by interns with general practice training (group A,131 patients) or interns after strengthen training of standardized elevator using (group B,169 patients). The. patients' experiences, the operation time,inlraoperative and postoperative complications were recorded to assess the effects oi standardized using of elevator during exodontia. Results: The patients' experiences in group B were more comfortable {P<0.05). The operation time of group B was shorter (P<0.05). Intraoperative and postoperative complication incidence rates in group B were lower (P<0.05). Conclusion: It is needed to train interns of standardized using elevator.关键词
