Immediate and delay dental implant: A retrospective randomized study

摘要
Abstract
Objective: to compare immediate with delay dental implant clinical success. Method: one hundred and twelve patients, the group of immediate implant (IP) forty-eight patients (27 males, 21 females, mean age 47.1 + 1.9 years) , 56 implants; Delay implant' group (DP) fifty-six patients (33 males, 23, females, mean age 46.7 + 1.9 years) , 58implants.follow-up 1 year, clinical reference, include implant survival, gingival aesthetics . radiographic bone loss. Result: Overall, 2 implants belonging IP were lost, resulting in survival rate of 96.4 % for IP implants versus 100 % for DP implants. Gingival aesthetics and radiographic bone resorption were not significantly different with IP and DP implant. Conclusion: immediate implant placement in fresh socket has definitely clinical significance关键词
