摘要
Abstract
Objective Aim to reveal the present condition of chronic diseases and drug use status of the elderly in community, and provide the prevention and treatment basis of chronic diseases for them. Method Questionnaires for more than 60-year-old elderly patients were carried to obtain informations on prevalences of chronic diseases and the number of drug use in two community health service stations in Beijing in October 2011. Results Total numbers of patients were 479 where 443 questionnaires were valid, which accounted for 92. 5%. The average sickness kinds were 2.87 among 443 respondents, in which the most common were the follow four chronic diseases; hypertension followed by coronary heart disease,diabetes,Stroke;average drug use varieties were 5. 82,up to 12. Conclusion Many chronic diseases coexist in older age groups,and medication types may increase the risk of drug-induced diseases,which should be paid enough attention by clinical workers.关键词
