摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the correlation between depression and psychosocial factors in old patients with senile coronary heart disease. Methods To exam the social and psychological factors, sell-rating depression scale, social support scale and ADL in patients with Senile coronary heart disease with depression. Results The prevalence rate of depression was 53.65%. Logistic regression analysis showed that low education,longer duration,multiple episodes of depression in patients increased the risk of occurrence,( OR values were 0. 44,0. 304,7. 308,P ＜0. 05 );SDS was negatively correlated with objective support,subjective support,support for dynamic capacity utilization ( P＜0.05 or P ＜0.01 ),and positively with physical self-care capacity and tool life skills( P ＜0.01 ). Conclusion Incidence of depression in patients with Senile coronary heart disease is high, which is closely related to social psychological factors.关键词
