摘要

Abstract

As mycorrhizal plants, the roots of blueberrys live together with a variety of symbiotic mycorrhizal fungi. In order to isolate mycorrhizal fungi which can promote the growth of blueberries, direct separation and tissue polishing solution separation method were used to isolate mycorrhizal fungi from the blueberry root. 11 endophytic fungi strains were isolated from the wild blueberry in the Changbai Mountain, and four of them could be re-inoculated, the infection rates was from 33. 3% to 63. 3% . The results showed that strains LM001 and LM003 could significantly promote the growth of the blueberry.
