老年糖尿病患者血清Apelin水平与尿白蛋白排泄率相关性分析
The association between apelin and urinary albumin excretion rate in aged diabetes mellitus

Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between the level of Apelin in serum and urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER) in aged diabetes mellitus and to provide the clue and evidence of early diagnosis and treatment in diabetic nephropathy. Methods Samples of 59 inpatients and 30 healthy persons over 65 years old were collected. Apelin levels in patient blood serum were assayed by ELISA. UAER and Fasting Plasma Glucose (FPG) had also been measured. Associations between these indexes were analysed. Results Average Serum Apelin levels of diabetes mellitus of 59 cases was 473 ±64.34 and average UAER was 87.34±44.32. There was significant association between these two indexes (r=0.384, P<0.01) in diabetes mellitus group but not in control. In addition, no significant association between serum Apelin level and FPG was found in two groups. Conclusion serum Apelin lewel has a association with UAER in aged diabetes mellitus and Apelin may be involved in development of diabetic nephropathy.关键词
