摘要

Abstract

Pr-doped SrTiO3 films were prepared by metal organic deposition method on quartz substrates and their optical properties were studied. The Raman spectra show that there are polar nanoregions in Pr-doped STO samples. In addition, the optical transmittance spectra reveal that all of the films are highly transparent in most of the visible region. The effect of Pr dopant on optical transmittance and the energy band gap is obvious,which is related to grain size, lattice parameters, degree of crystallinity and concentration of oxygen vacancies duo to the change of Pr content.
