黑松家系遗传多样性的AFLP分析
Genetic diversity analysis on families of Japanese black pine by AFLP markers

Abstract
The genetic diversity of 51 Japanese black pine families were analyzed by AFLP markers. 9 primer combinations selected from 64 primer combinations produced a total of 1 125 fragments ,1122 of which were polymorphic with a polymorphism percentage of 99. 73%. It suggested that the black pine had a high genetic diversity. 220 specific bands with one of them absent bands were analyzed and counted, and 90 percentage of the black pine families could be distinguished by them. All of the black pines were clustered into 5 groups with UPGMA, and the families originated the same place didn' t distribute in the same group totally. It indicated that there was no strict relationship between the variation and geographic origin of the black pine families.关键词
