油茶穗条芽位对嫁接育苗的影响
The effect of bud location on grafting plant in Camellia oleifera

Abstract
Varieties including ' Chang Lin 4' ,' Chang Lin 40' ,' Chang Lin 53' in a five year old cutting orchard of Camellia oleifera were selected as test materials. Scions were collected from top of ortets with robust branches and full bud. The scion with six buds were used in the experiment. The experiment revealed that the growth rate of grafted one year old seedling decreased along with the decline of bud location, but the effect was not significant. Variety was a key factor affecting grafting plant growth; grafting plant height and root length decreased along with the decline of but location, indicating that both above ground and underground of a seedling could be grown uniformly, and showing that the growth of a seedling had a tendency of reduction from top to bottom along with the decline of bud location.关键词
